Does the procedure hurt?
Most patients experience minimal discomfort thanks to the local anesthetic that numbs the skin followed by a nerve block that guarantees absolute comfort during the entire procedure. Many feel only slight pressure, of anything at all!
How long do the results last?
Results typically last between 18 to 24 months, depending on individual metabolism and lifestyle. Maintenance sessions help prolong and optimize results but are very patient dependent and driven by individual goals for enhancement.
Can I have sex after the procedure?
It is strictly recommended to wait 14 days before resuming sexual intercourse or masturbation to allow proper integration of the filler
Can it increase length as well?
The primary goal of the Porsch Method is to increase girth, but in many cases, an increase in length may be achieved due to added volume to the base of the penis, increasing forward projection. In addition, increased weight and tissue relaxation will also tend to contribute to increased length.
How much filler do I need?

If I am uncircumcised, can I still have the procedure?
Yes, both circumcised and uncircumcised men can safely and successfully have this procedure.
Well, this procedure interfere with my fertility?
No. This procedure does not interfere at all in your fertility. It is meant to solely increase girth and length and does not negatively impact function in any way.
If I use trimix injections, can I still have the procedure?
Yes. It will not interfere with your ability to use your trimix injections.
